Is it scary?
Yes. How scary it is depends on the nature of the person.
Can I bring my 5 and 7 year old?
The haunt is recommended for ages 8+, but ultimately it is up to the parents to use their discretion. Some children are fine, and some are … well … traumatized. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will the actors toucH me?
How long do I have to wait in line?
We try our best to keep the wait time for each attraction under 30 minutes. However, in order for our guests to have the best possible experience, groups gain entry into the attractions in a timed sequence to allow space between the groups and time for actors to reset their scenes. A larger number of visitors than anticipated may result in longer wait times. The best way to avoid long lineups is to come early. October 19|20 is expected to be less busy than October 26|27. Please dress in appropriate attire as line-ups are not sheltered.
If I chicken out can I get my money back?
No. You have paid us to scare you. Job done.
Is the haunt wheelchair/stroller accessible?
The event grounds are accessible by wheelchair/stroller, but unfortunately, due to the nature of the uneven ground on the trail and the narrow walkways in the maze, the attractions are not accessible by wheelchair or stroller.
What time does the haunt start/finish?
Start time is 6:30 pm or dusk. Guests arriving after 9:00 will not be allowed on site, however, the guests still remaining in the lineups will be allowed through the attractions.
What do you do with the proceeds?
10% of our ticket sales is donated to the Cannington Lions Club to help with their many community initiatives. The remaining money will set our 2019 budget. This is a 100% non-profit, volunteer-based event.
